Episode 21: Hampus Lindholm Signs & Bizarre Canadian Standings

On this episode, Felix, Nick, and Joe are back in the studio on the heals of the Hampus Lindholm signing. The guys dissect the specifics of Lindholm’s contract, what it does to the Anaheim Ducks salary cap situation, and how the lineup will settle into place with his return. Moving up the map of California, the guys also assess the San Jose Sharks, proclaim further love for David Schlemko and Paul Martin, and advise fans to not worry about the powerplay. Also, the boys discuss whether or not the Edmonton Oilers and Montreal Canadiens’ hot start will last, whether or not Connor McDavid is better than Sidney Crosby yet, what the Boston Bruins and LA Kings should do to patch up their injured goaltending, and whether or not the Kings and Winnipeg Jets can get on track. Plus, Felix thinks the Ducks will move Cam Fowler, Joe weighs in on the Dmitry Kulikov hit on Jakub Voracek, Nick still can’t understand why Andreas Athanasiou doesn’t get more ice time, and the boys talk about their Halloween costumes.
